Our Schedule

Winter 2011-2012  is here!!  And we're still working away.  Ars Lunga, Vita Brevis!

The new transcription (actually made in 1978)of Candide Overture, by Bernstein, for Wind Quintet,  has been acclaimed worldwide.

Metric Measures by Don Stewart (his op.48) has recently been judged the WINNER of the National Flute Association's Newly Published  Chamber Music competition.

The Good Time Groove page ( on this site) tells about our wonderful big band, now playing swinging American music around Sarasota.   The next "New Issues"  will be announced in the spring.  Other recent new titles  include music by Mozart  (a most successful transcription for Double Wind Quintet of the Symphonia Concertante), and a careful re-editing of ShubertShadow by Stewart.

Patelson in New York has closed, but there are still fine shops where you can get our publications.  We mention some:  FluteWorld...Sheet Music Plus...Hickey's (Ithaca)...Volkwein's...Emerson Winds(in England!)...Theodore Front...Trevco (although moved to Ann Arbor as Trevco-Varner)... Pepper (all of them!)...Broekmans and Van Poppel(Amsterdam)...Spectrum (Lexington)...Shattingers...Long and McQuade in Vancouver...La Stanza (in Rome!)...Clarinet Shop (in Tokyo!)...Muramatsu (in Tokyo!)...Pender's ...Stantons...Foundry... and now Accolade (in Warngau, Germany!)

Your comments are welcome at any time. A new catalog supplement now lists  ALL the new items since the 2004 catalog, AND  new works by Thomas L. Read, Scott Watson and Don Stewart, AND new titles by Mozart, Carulli, Wilder and more. Information about new products can always be found on this site at "Coming Soon".

Don't let the recession get you down...great music endures....
